Not only did they provide ironing facilities when I realized I had forgotten mine, but they also returned my forgotten earpods promptly. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy during my entire stay. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, and the array of free toiletries in the bathroom made me feel pampered. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was incredibly convenient, allowing me to pack light and still have fresh clothes throughout my trip. the location near various restaurants and cafes was perfect for exploring the local culinary scene. Overall, the exceptional service and attention to detail at this hotel truly made my stay unforgettable.
